  The producer and musician of Apulian origins, Ennio Colaci, also known for his experience , as part of the Minimono project and the long collaboration with the Florentine label Bosconi Records founded by Fabio Della Torre, lands on Simona Faraone's label, New Interplanetary Melodies, armed with a camera to immortalize with his new album, FOTO , made up of 12 musical shots (FOTO 1, FOTO 2, FOTO 3, etc.), his soundscape full of contrasting emotions.
  All the tracks included in this CD , which we could define as a real concept-album, sound as if they were many different frames that make up a very varied but at the same time homogeneous subject, mixing purely electronic sounds with other more organic ones.
  Colaci carefully and skillfully chooses all the elements for a very original result that smells of ambient with nuanced tones, which can sometimes lead to delicate noises, other times in tape reverse delay and guitars played by Piero Di Noi and subsequently reworked by Colaci himself (FOTO 1 and FOTO 7 but also FOTO 9 and FOTO 12), sunny drones (FOTO 3), tribal percussion and frenetic rhythms (FOTO 5 and FOTO 6) liquid arpeggios (FOTO 7 and FOTO 8), quirky & bleep sound in salsa jazz (FOTO 10 and FOTO 11) and field recording. Everything follows within it in a continuum that fills, beyond the ears, also the eyes of the listener, recalling images (FOTO) that transport the listener into the dimension of travel.
  FOTO is an album that flows away fresh and fast like a mountain stream, giving us, within it, reflective pauses and moments of uncontrolled excitement, making us remember how important is to fully enjoy the experience (of the journey) even before photographing it.
  l'Album FOTO by Ennio Colaci, (cover art by the Roman artist of Salento origins Sandro Mele) , will be released in CD format ,limited edition of 100 copies, on March 2022.

  About ENNIO COLACI :
  He is a producer of Apulian origins, part of Minimono project, along side the Florentine DJ Fabio Della Torre, a duo which for about 20 years has been dedicated to produce electronic music for dancefloor to 360 degrees, releasing records for various labels, including Telegraph, Tuning Spork, Etique, Oslo, Elephant Moon, Vibraphone, Inner Balance and many works for Bosconi Records, founded in 2008.
  Also he has published, with his own name, in the same period, many ambient compositions , which are also used for sound installations, films and video clips.
  His new album "Foto" will be released on February 2022, in CD format, for the Florentine label New Interplanetary Melodies.
